our kansas trip

we went to kansas to pick up my brother brian and sister starley. we had a ton of fun (with a fight in between) and even got to meet the new baby. her name is elysian karen reeder and she's absolutely beautiful. terry is an amazing big brother. he even carries her! and he's not even two yet. i took some fun pictures so i thought i'd share. they're in chronological order.

go hellcats!

well, there's this new show that the cw has picked up, and i'm completely and utterly excited about it. it's called hellcats and two of my favorite people are in it; aly michalka and ashley tisdale. the teaser doesn't have much speaking, but ashley's expressions and reactions are pretty funny. everyone did great. anyways, i've been so excited about this show for so long. i really think it's going to be really great. it seems like a tv series version of the bring it on movies (which is funny, cause ashley's sister jennifer mcchesnie was chelsea in bring it on:in it to win it). i can't wait to see the pilot episode! congrats to ashley and aly, and the whole cast and crew of hellcats! here is the first teaser.

pictures and fun times

sandra and i went up to papa harold's house with aunt shawnna. we had tons of fun. seriously. tons and tons. we were supposed to get home sunday night but aunt shawnna was hurting so we didnt get home until monday afternoon. its all good though, we had a good time. on sunday we went to church. twice. in the morning for church and in the evening for dinner. the food was pretty good. i had lasagna (there were like, four kinds) potato salad, a chicken leg, and rice with a chicken breast on top. i know it sounds like a lot, but it really wasn't. i didn't get a very big helping of any of it, so it was reasonable. i didn't even eat all of it; i got full pretty fast. sandra and i spent most of our time down at the store. we sit down there all day. its so much fun out there. we tried out some new water bottles. there's a powder pouch in the lid, and you have to twist it one way to get the powder out, and then another way to open the bottle to drink it. well, sandra and i couldn't figure it out for the life of us. the difference between both of us is sandra actually got it open. i made a joke saying "they need to put directions on this thing" and when i saw that she opened the bottle, i said "how'd you open that?" and sandra said "i read the directions". i have some pretty blonde moments. anyways, overall we had tons of fun. i know i'm forgetting a million things, but i have some pretty adorable pictures that you might wanna see!!

well, elysian is doing great! she's still really tiny, but she's healthy and that's all that matters. rachell was playing with her face and she got this picture.


in further news, my cousin shawna gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named braxton ray. he's adorable. i'm so happy for her! lacie's going to be a great big sister.

elysian karen reeder

SHE'S HEREEE!!! born on april 21, 2010, elysian karen reeder finally joined the family. she's beautiful :) looks JUST like her big brother. she's got a lot more hair than he did, which isn't much, but still more than terry. she was born at 36 weeks gestation. she's 5 pounds. i'm not sure how long she is, i'll have to ask somebody. the binky in her mouth makes her face look uber tiny, haha. maybe it's a giant binky. who knows. anyways, she's doing great. rachell's doing okay too. she was having seizures just before elysian was born, but she's fine and dandy now. she has something wrong with her every time she gets pregnant, so HOPEFULLY this one was her last. anyways, we're all glad they're both okay. i can't wait to meet this little one in june! not only do i get to meet this little one, but i also get to meet my future sister in law! yay me!!

jenna's whereabouts

i just received a text that says jenna was found in sacramento with her ex-roommates from florida. they're on bail at $250,000. i'll post again when i have more details.

jenna has been found

thankfully, jenna has been found. she's safe. i don't have any details at the moment, but i do know that she is safe and she's with the law enforcement. as soon as they talk to jenna, they'll contact aunt cindy and she'll let us know what's going on. i'll post as soon as i have more information. thank you to whoever prayed or kept a look out for jenna. it's very appreciated.
